What
is Stormwater?
After
a major rainstorm, creeks, rivers, lakes and oceans are inundated
with polluted runoff, causing beach closures, drinking water pollution,
and natural resource contamination. New EPA regulations under the
NPDES Phase II permitting program require municipalities over 50,000
and constructions sites larger than one acre to have stormwater
pollution prevention management plans. |
